Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

We own a Georgia Sub S Corporation. If we default on personal credit card debt, can creditors attach the companies profits and or dividends paid to us as stockholders???

Sure.

They can possibly attach the funds you would proceed by garnishment, levy or other means.
