Your question makes no sense as written. Since you have gone under the category of credit, debt and collection, are you asking about how "hardship" works in regard to a debt?

The short answer is that hardship can be used to reduce a debt that you owe. Examples of hardship are job loss, a reduction in pay or medical issues. This list is not exhaustive so Iwould need to know your particular circumstances.

Examples of hardship that don't work are things like "I have a spending problem."

If you are askinng something else, then please rephrase your question (get someone to help you if necessary) and ask again so that I or the other attorneys can better advise you.
