Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

My husband is in jail for contempt of court for a child support order in Canada. How long can he be jailed for? He cant pay anything if he is in jail.

If he's in Canada ike you say, you need to get a lawyer there. It is unlikely anyone on a Georgia board will be familiar with Canada's laws.
