You are absolutely under NO OBLIGATION to let this person into your home. I've never heard of an "asset investigator". Why would you want to help someone take your assets from you to satisfy these judgments?
Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client relationship.*******
Do NOT let any such person in your home. In fact, it was a very bad idea to even answer the phone. Never ever answer a creditor phone call.
At this point you have waited way too long to get bankruptcy counsel. You always fare better and spend less to act before judgments. Nonetheless, you may have remedies now. See a bankruptcy lawyer immediately. It could prove disasterous and costly to wait.
If you are eligible to file, a bankruptcy could eliminate or otherwise help with judgments.
It appears you are in the same bankruptcy district as my practice. I'd be glad to do a free consultation. My phone number is 404.768.3509. You'll need our free worksheet at glenashman.com .
In the meantime, do not let the man in. If he comes, don't open the door. And do not answer any creditor calls.
