Need for information
Where do I begin to find the address and full legal name on a person when all I have is a unlisted cell phone number,city and state that he resides in?. I have contacted the cell phone carrier but they can not supply any info. This person owes a balance on a job.

If you're an attorney, you can sign up for Accurint so you can skip trace him. Once you file suit, you can also serve a subpoena upon the cell phone carrier. If you aren't an attorney, you can hire one to do the search and file suit for you. What kind of "job" may also make a difference as to the remedies available to you.
