Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

internet contracts

I am a realtor and I checked a box to sign up for a lead service. The service was for 6 months and I did not realize that I have to give a 30 day nocie to terminate this contract. They have proceeded to keep the service going and trying to charge me for a month. Do I legally have to pay this?

What are the terms and conditions you agreed to when signing up? That is the first place to look. Not reading it before agreeing is not a defense. Much like the basics of real estate contracts.
