Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Interrogatories

The plaintiff in case request answers and documentation for me. I am not a lawyer. Can I ask questions of the plaintiff ''for the purpose of Discovery''? Can I just ask questions to the plaintiff, in plain English, without citing law or rule.

Discovery requires precise forms, and a technical knowledge of how and when to use them.. Since you are not familiar with them, you are in need of a lawyer to represent you.
