Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I have no job and no income at this time. I have exhausted my unemployment benefits. My home is in foreclosure. I have several credit cards that I owe on. What can I do and or what can they do to me if I can't pay at this time?

Bear in mind if they sue now they can grab your paycheck years from now. Consider bankruptcy.
