I have been sent a Judgement against me by a collection agency. Do I have any legal options to fight this? e

You left out the obvious first question -- was it a valid debt? If so, make arrangements to pay. While many lawyers will gladly take a fee, that money would best be spent paying valid debts.

Creditors do not "send" judgments. Are you sure there is one. Judgments come from courts.

If there is a judgment against you, that means you already lost a lawsuit against you, either by a failed defense or by ignoring it. Unless you are within the 30 day period to appeal, judgments are generally final.

With a judgment, a creditor can attach your wages, bank accounts, land and other assets. About the only thing that might stop that is a bankruptcy. If you are contemplating that, feel free to call me.
