Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

judgements

I have a judgement against me for a doctor bill I never paid. the judgement amount is 2686.00. Now they want to repo all my possesions, I don't own a car or house, now the man wants to set up payment plans when I offered 50.00 a month, he sounded unsatisfied. I would like to buy a house and have picked out one that is in my price range I just need to know the best way to pay off the judgement and get it off my credit as soon as possible to buy the house. the mortage guy said that is all that is stopping me. I need the best way to solve the problem and save what is left of my credit as fast as possible to buy this house.
