Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia
I have a judgment against a GA cardiologist/internist that used to be a tenant of ours.
He has a valid license but is not affiliated with any hospitals.
I can't find any physical address for him other than the one he
still has on his web site which is the one we evicted him from. Can the medical board do anything
about requiring him to pay this off before they renew his license? Any ideas?

No - the medical board is not your collection agency.

The medical board deals with malpractice. It is not a collection agency. If the judgment is significant in size and you don't know how to find his assets, you probably should hire a collection agency or collection attorney to assist you.
