Lending money

I loaned a friend $600.00 cash. I trusted them and did not do a promissary note. I was told I would get my money back in 2 months, which have passed and have not gotten anything. I have my bank statement of the withdrawal date. Is that good enough in court to get my money back?

Probably not. If you take your friend to small claims court and they admit to the terms of the loan before the judge, then you may be awarded a judgment.
