Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Liability on Car Note

I bought a car for my fiance and he pays the note. He is no longer my fiance and continues to drive the car. He holds insurance on it but if he stops paying the note or I demand the car back and I responsible for the note or is there anyway he can be held responsible?

Hopefully before you did all this you went to a lawyer and had a lawyer draw up the proper agreements and documents to protect yourself. That was a necessary step that hopefully you did not skip.
