Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Lien against airplane for pilot services provided under written contract

I provide pilot services and aircraft management to aircraft owners under a signed, written contract with a 90-day notice for termination. The aircraft owner initially gave 90 days notice, but terminated early and refused to pay the balance due of $2500.00. Both the owner and I are registered corporations (he's an LLC) in Georgia.

How do I place a lien againt the aircraft title? Can I include late fees, finance charges, etc?

Re: Lien against airplane for pilot services provided under written contract

You would need to file a civil suit for breach of contract to recover your damages. You should ask for all damages - costs, interest, fees, etc.
