lien on a home

My exhusband owes me over 30,000 in back child support. he and his new wife have just bought a home. I want to know if i can put a lien on his home, also if the home is both of their names is this not possible.

Depending on what sort of judgment you may hold and when and where it was done, and how the home is titled, a lien may be possible.
