I had a loan to a friend for $80 and she has said she will not give it back is $80 to small for small cliams? what should i do?

You've learned an $80 lesson on why not to loan money. Short of spending hundreds or thousands of dollars there is nothing you can do except learn that lesson.

$80 is not too small for small claims court. Therefore, you can represent yourself and sue her for t he $80 and court costs (cost of filing suit). You should be evidence of the loan (cancelled check, e-mails, texts) and witnesses.
