medical bill debt and other debt

we have alot of medical debt and can only pay like 10 a month on each and some are already at debt attorines office and they want payment in full. I want to pay but we just dont have the money to pay what they want can they garnish my wages if i only pay what i can afford? Im not worried about them messing up my credit its already messed up i just cant afford for them to take some of my paycheck because i cant pay it off now? What can they do do me and what can other collection agencies on other debt do as well f i only pay what i can. i mean i cant lose my house trying to pay off medical and other debts? What do i do? thanks
