Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia
My neighbor sold her mobile home for 500.00 A man gave her 300.00 and she holds the title untill he pays the 200.00 but now he refuses to pay her.He has ripped out floors and bought material to fix up the mobile home.She wants to sell it to me for 200.00 and give me the title.Can we legally do this?And how do we get the man out of there?

My advice would be not to get involved her your neighbor's mess. It will cost more in time and money than it's worth to go after this guy. My advice to her would be to sue him for the $200 in small claim's court.
