Non disclosure form

I went to a company for consultation on Llipo dissolve procedures. At the company's office I was told to apply for credit for the procedure. I did and was approved for $4,180 by Carecredit. No doctor talked to me on that day, just the office staff. I was reassured that after the procedure my skin would not be all wrinkled up and dangling. I insisted I wanted to see the doctor. After my second treatment, I was allowed to meet with the doctor who examined me and told me that I was not a right candidate for Lipo Disolve - told me I would have wrinkles. He suggested a tuck for me. They cancelled the treatment.

Now GE Money is reporting on my credit that I am past due by two months. The doctor's office is taking forever to give me back my credit for the $4,000.00. The doctor cancelled the the trea They say it takes 3 months to give back the credit and want me to keep paying GE Money $359.00 monthly.

Now they have sent me a non-disclosure form that is very restrictive to sign before I can get my credit. What am I to do?

The form prohibits me from suing them or discussing the situation with a third party, etc. If I sign it how can I ever repair my credit if I'm not allowed to tell my side of the story to the credit bu

It is the doctors office that put your in this position. They should be willing to make it right. If they help you then seek legal assistance.
