obligation to student loans

am i obligated to pay back a student loan if it is signed but has no date of signature

Did you take the money? If so, I am not sure what is not clear about it. Most people would not have to think twice about the answer. However, sicne you are attempting to notpay the debt, the answer is that the law does not favor such attempts.
