Do I still owe
If I send a debtor some money on a bill I owe and he sends it back. In other words they don't accept it , can You tell me what I am to do ?

They probably rejected your payment because it was not a full payment. Without knowing the circumstances of your situation I can't say what you should do. Having an attorney negotiate a payment plan is often helpful. You may also want to consider speaking with a bankruptcy attorney if the debt is very large.
