If I pawned my vehicle on an unsecured title loan and failed to pay can it be repossessed

That is what happens when you don't pay a title loan, yes.

Yes. These title loans are a bad deal. If your car is worth more than the loan balance, I would figure out a way to pay or sell your car and use the proceeds to satisfy the loan (you, the buyer and lender will have to all be involved in the transaction so title can be transferred to the buyer and the loan repaid). If your car is worth less, some lenders are loathe to repo because they will not get anything out of the deal. But I would not count on this.
