I have a person who owed me a sum of money. They did not work and I could not garnish their wages.I took a civil warrant for them,it was served, and I got automatic judgement because of them not being there.I later took a fifa on them,it also was served and after about two months I have rec'd
one small sum from them, which has been about two months ago. Is there any way I can get the remainder of my money?

If you can find any assets they have, yes. If not, no. If the amount is large you may want to consider hiring a collection attorney or collection agency to look for assets and pursue them.
I help debtors, not creditors, but Attorney Ashman is correct. If the person has assets that you can attach (like a bank account in which they have non-exempt funds, car or land owned free and clear) or wages, then you can get at the assets. If the person has nothing then you can't. Judgments have to be revived after 7 years so that you can continue to execute on land.
You earn interest on the judgment, so it is getting bigger. Depending on the size of the judgment, you can consider hiring an attorney or debt collection agency. There are several in Georgia. Also, keep tabs on the person. If they do get a job, you can try and garnish their wages at that time.
