Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Private school will sue parent for non-payment of tuition

Paid tuition for nine of the ten months contracted to pay. Withdrew child from school because administration strongly suggeted to have child test for ADD/AHD. Testing showed he was not. I do not have medical insurance and the fee for testing was about the same for tuition. The school is going to sue for non-payment. We are willing to go through the process due to the error in judgement made by the administrator regarding the testing. Question, What will happen next?

What fees are we responsible to pay?

Will this end in a court of law?

You are asking for a guess on all questions. No one here knows anything about the contract terms, why you felt you had to withdraw because school "suggested" testing, how that could have been a breach of their contract, etc. We can't possibly know what will happen next or if they sue. If they do, or you believe it is coming, see a lawyer to review all facts and documents.
