Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Hi. I need to know how can I protect my assets from a bank. A bank foreclosed and sold my property in FL which was "under water." I own and live in another property in GA which is paid in full. How can I prevent myself from liens, wage garnishment, etc....

I heard that some states do not allow this things. Which states?

Thank you.

Miguel

Georgia does allow liens on property, levies on property, garnishments of bank accounts and wage attachments. See a lawyer ASAP.
