Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I have a questsion

I have a woman who has been harassing,and stalking my family,our employers,and friends.She has reached the point of even sending digital pictures proving that she knew what time my son was picked up from scholl,and what he was wearing.

I immediately filed 3 police reports,and have asked our local police department to step in and do something about this.

After the police spoke with her,she went to Magistate Court,and is sueing us for a cell phone bill she claims we owe her,and 3 personal loans also-total amount of her claim is less than $2000.00.

There were never any contracts in our names-her phone bill is in her name,and does not show neither one of our names on it.

you say you have a question, but you do not ask the question. Let the police habdle the "stalking," and either get a lawyer to assist with the court case or risk it yourself if you believe you have the evidence. Obviously, there is much more to the story so it is likely far beyond resolution on a board like this (even if you posted the relevant facts - which you did not).
