Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia
I received a medical bill the middle of November stating that they had given me 100% charity and my bill was $0. A week letter I received another bill on the same account now stating they only gave me 65% charity and the rest was my responsbility. When I called they stated the first bill was an error on their part and I am resonsible. Can they do this, after completly writing the bill off, change it like this?

Billing errors are correctable, so if the second bill is correct, the answer is yes.
