Received a summons regarding a debt we have repeatedly disputed. The suit was filed in the wrong county. What should we do next?

1) Get lawyer, 2) try to defend yourself on the merits or raise venue issue (in which case, they will just re-file in the proper county) or 3) if it is your debt, "disputes" aside, settle it.
