Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia
I recently had some fradulant transactions made on my credit card and i contacted my credit card company to cancel the card. they investigated it and came back and denied my request for removal of the transactions which i had nothing to do with. i filed a police report and sent it to the credit card company. i suspect a co-worker of stealing my credit card out of my desk and using it without my knowledge. Can i take the credit card company to small claims court if they do not reimburse me for these transactions?

Why would you be suing them?
If you had a fraudulent transaction, you don't pay that amount to begin with, so you have nothing to sue them for. If they sue you, you'd raise the transaction as a defense.
You may want to get the police to assist you with the bank, and also bring in the state banking commissioner and FTC if your bank continues to give you a hard time.
