Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Recently 1.3 grand from my bank account was removed by a debt collector. I do not have any debt, but my Dad had some previous "credit issues" which legally he must pay. I also became an independent (18 yrs) under a jointed account. This has happened before, but I was under age and we received notice. This time we received no notice, I have no responsibility to pay for my parent's debt, and it feels provoking. My question is if I'll be able to retrieve my money due to circumstances and legal mistake by them?

Note: The bank doesn't permit a separate account and must be jointed until 18 years of age.

Same response you got last time.

The response doesn't change just because you post the same post twice (when you turned 18, you made a mistake as stated before in not opening your own account. Now that you have been burned twice, learn from it).
