Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Recently I was going to trade my car into a dealership and get a new one. The dealership let me leave the car lot in the new vehicle but I later changed my mind. Can they hold my original car if deal was not yet final?

You left out the important facts, for some reason. They did not just let you drive off with a new car. What did you sign? What was the "deal?" Why was it not final yet? You need to tell the whole story.
