Removing my name from a joint credit card account

My name is on a Lowe's joint credit card account that was set up before I was divorced. In the divorce decree my ex pays that bill. He is having problems paying it & it is dinging my credit. I have not made any purchases on this account. What are the legal forms that I can file to have my name removed from the account?

There is no way to do what you ask. Once you're on the account, you're on the account.
