Replevin Warrant
Could you tell me what is a replevin warrant? Can you go to jail? How long do it stay in effect? Is a vehicle listed as stolen?

Re: Replevin Warrant
A replevin warrant is a court order allowing a party (the sheriff or a private party) to take property from another that has been determined to be the property of the person seeking replevin of that property.
If one refuses to comply then the court can hold that person in contempt of court which would allow the judge to jail the person that refused to comply with the warrant.
