Why would anyone ever be able to reach into your bank account and take funds unless you authorized it? Why would you even authorize this? What is this for? A school loan? Something else? If it was a loan, then they give you the loan proceeds. Were you somehow repaying a student loan? Have you contacted them? If so, what did they say? Have you contacted your bank to dispute this alleged unauthorized withdrawal?
