School Debt

My child attened a private christian school for 9 months. I withdrew my child from the school and placed a stop payment on the last payment which was through Facts Tuition Management Program. Can the school sue me for the final payment?

If you owe the money, probably. Just like any other creditor. You posted no facts to indicate you do or do not owe the money, or what the agreement stated.
