selling

Is it against the law to sell something to someone and get thier money and then order it and when I recieve it I send it to them.

Need Clarification

I am not sure I clearly understand what you are asking. Are you running a business, are you an individual just selling something just one time? In business, people sell and order in such a manner all the time. Unless you have an intent on defrauding people, etc., based on what I can understand from your question, there's nothing illegal about it.
