How can we possibly know what your contract says? You have it. Read it. It answers your question. How were you "forced" to agree to the contract terms when you signed? Why do you think a credit report somehow determines the terms? Does your cpm tract say that?

What does your contract say? You didn't tell us and that contains the answer, which you have already read (and we have not). What a credit report says is irrelevant.
