SOL In Georgia
Whats the Sol in Ga for a credit card? Also will American Express Vs. Hill come in to play? Could a strong enough case be made that the four year Sol could apply to my case?

Your contract and google will tell you what state's law applies and how long the statute of limitations period is. It is often not the state of residence. No one here knows anything about your "case."

The Georgia statute of limitations almost never applies as very few credit card agreements use Georgia. Read the credit card agreement you signed and any inserts that were mailed to you that may have amended it.
