I curenlty pulled my credit report and the last activity on the report is 03/03. And some accounts are listed in collections if contacted can I file the SOL as any lawsuit would have to have been filed by 03/07?? Also when would these drop off my credit report?? 2010??

The statute (not statue) of limitations for credit card debt is often much longer than GA law, depending on the contract and issuer state. Check your card agreement. In addition, that statute does not mean the debt disappears, or creditors/collectors can't try to collect. They can even file a lawsuit and get a valid judgment, if not properly defended.

You asked what the statute was in Georgia but odds are most of your cards are issued under laws of other states which would be far longer than 4 years.
