WhAT is the statues of limitation on a lien?

The statute (not statue) of limitations is a defense to a lawsuit, and not applicable to a lien.

Again, you post no details so I do not know if you mean a true lien or a judgment lien. As noted by Attorney Riddle, the statute of limitations is only a legal defense to a lawsuit. It is a waivable defense meaning that if the defendant does not raise it by way of a timely filed answer or preliminary objections, the statute of limitations is waived.

If it is a judgment lien, I already advised that judgments last forever but for enforcement purposes, the judgment can be enforced for 7 years. The judgment can be reviewed for up to 3 years after it becomes delinquent. You post no dates so its not possible to ascertain.

Again, if its another kind of lien, then it would depend on what kind of lien and whether any action followed after that.
