How can I geta debt collector judgment by default overturn from 2004?

And how can I stop wage garnishment?

Your time for appeal expired 30 days after judgment. Usually, the one way that will stop a garnishment (other than payment in full)is bankruptcy. Assuming that there wasn't a flaw in the default judgment, that might be the only way, but no one who has not examined all your finances, the judgment, and other information can say for sure.

Your question is well beyond the scope of this board. No one can answer it with no facts at all. You need to see a lawyer, who will review your facts. It will take an exceptional reason to have any shot at overturning a 2 year old default.
