Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Student Loan

I have recently re-enrolled in school and I have a 5 year deferred loan. For the 9 months I've not been enrolled in school, my loan agency has been billing me for two of those months. I did not have the money to pay them so they turned it over to the collection agency to collect. I found someone to pay it for me and I was told by the loan agency that I would not have to pay any more money for an entire year. Tonight, the loan agency called me back and said I owed them another $250.00. I have already re-enrolled in school and was told I did not owe any more money for now. What do I do?

Re: Student Loan

No one here has your loan documents, and you did not even mention what they say. Read them - that is your agreement.
