Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Being sued for 3500

I signed a document in Feb 06. I was under the impression that it's an ''order'' not a contract. I was told that I still have to receive a verification to sign in the mail. I did not receive something like that and an ad was run in Bellsouth Yellow pages, without me being aware of it. Now the collection agency told me I have to pay because I signed a contract.

What would make you think that isn't a contract? It is. (When you read it, that's obvious by what it says).

You don't ask a question, or provide any information about what the documents says. Read it.
