Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

How would you go about sueing someone for payment on loan. They paid for awhile and now have stopped.

Depending on the size of the loan, you can sue the person in small claims court (Magistrate Court). I have provided a link to the Magistrate Court. The site includes filing forms and instructions. (also licensed in Georgia and practicing in the Atlanta Metro area).
