Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

i surrender a car to the bank. They have recently had a lawyer send me a letter asking that the full amount of the remaining balance be paid in 10 days. What should i do in this situation, and can my wages be garnished?

You should get a lawyer right away. LIkely the only way to avoid a suit and garnishment is bankruptcy. Call me to see if you qualify.

They can't garnish your wages unless they have sued you and gotten a judgment. Consult with a local attorney.
