title pawn

i pawned my car, couldn't pay them so i asked them to come on and get it. two days later had to go fet my son from school, on the way back home my brakes went out i totalled my car, they tell me i still have to pay and they have the car now

I'm not understanding why you think you would not still owe the loan. Of course you do.

You did not ask a question, but even if you are asking whether you have to pay, you failed to state what your loan/pawn agreement says.
