Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

tuition pre payment

I took out a loan to study with distance learning systems. They provide a class one day a week and study materials as well, to take excelsior college exams. In registering with excelsior college I've realized that going to the school was unnecessary and that excelsior gave you all the tools needed to pass the exams. Moreover excelsior has claimed no affiliation with any schools providing learning materials for their tests. I have only went to one of the classes there but had registered for four in advance (excited) and received materials for three of the classes. I do not wish to continue study there as I am doing very well with what excelsior college advises. How do I go about getting my money back. I'm paying the loan but not taking any classes. Thank you for your response.

Re: tuition pre payment

You fail to state the terms of your agreement with the business. That is virtually always the first place to look for the answer.
