I need to know what type of complaint this is

I got a message on the answering machiene and it said that an H2.10(?) complaint had been filed? What exactly does that mean?

Are you perhaps a landlord? You really didn't give us any information to answer you (like who called, and what they were calling about).

Given the lack of information I googled the term and found a page that referenced Fair Housing Act (FHA) rules. You probably need to repost your question with far more detail to get an accurate answer.
