Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Wage Garnishment

A creditor is trying to granish my wages. I can not afford it and have been trying to reason with them. They say that I have to pay them 150 a month but if I sent less they would not take it. I sent it anyway in an attempt to pay my debt and it was sent back. What should I do?

Re: Wage Garnishment

Talk to a bankruptcy lawyer and see if that is an option. If a creditor will not work with you and you face garnishment, that may be the one option that works.

If you're in metro Atlanta, get a free worksheet at www.glenashman.com and then call me and I'd be glad to review your situation and see if that option would work for you.
