Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

My wife just passed away with credit card debt with cards only in her name. Am I responsible for her debt and if so can I continue payments as it is now?

If your name is not on the debts, the answer is no. However, when her estate is probated, those debts may come ahead of your inheritance, so you need to meet with a lawyer to discuss that and determine a course of action.
